It takes us 1-2 business days to produce and ship out your personalized candle. Standard delivery in the US and Europe takes between 2-4 business days.

You can get in touch with us within 5 hours after making your purchase and inform us if you want to update your candle. If you get in touch with us later than 5 hours after making the purchase it is likely that we already produced your personalized candle and at this point it cannot be updated.

Personalized candles can be returned within 30 days after your purchase if you are not happy with the quality. Returns shipping for personalized candles are paid by the buyer.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page when you fill in your delivery address. Every order is trackable and the tracking number is sent to your email address once the order is shipped.

After we ship your order the tracking number is automatically sent to your email. If your parcel has not arrived within specified time frame or more than 7 business days please contact the courier company and quote the tracking number. If you still need any help please write to us at info@chattycandles.com.

Each ChattyCandles is packed in a beautiful stylish box (you can see it on our website). We do not have special packaging for gifts. You can leave a gift note which we can add to your order.
